Living Waters is a Christian Healing Centre for adults and children who have
suffered in the conflict and terrorism in the Northern Caucasus region. The centre
was founded by Paula O'Keefe, a qualified psychologist and teacher from England,
who has been ministering with Kingscare in the area since 1992. She has trained a
team of local people to work at the Trauma Centre.
Living Waters is situated in the Northern Caucasus region of southwestern Russia in
the town of Armavir, Krasnodar region.
